You can use the form below to recover your license code if you have lost it. Here's how it works.

Log in to your PayPal account and search for the transaction number (or find the transaction number in your credit card overview)
Enter aformentioned transaction code in the upper field
Enter the e-mail address connected with your PayPal account in the lower field (this must be the e-mail address used to buy the license)
Press the Submit button. If the e-mail address and transaction code are correct, then you will see your license code. Otherwise you will see an error message.
